WPF Application freezes on Windows 10 with no display monitor - Microsoft Community


have problem wpf applications built ms vs2013 , vs2015 on windows 10. when turn off display monitor (connected computer hdmi), application layout freezes process continue working fine. when turn on display monitor again, application layout comes rendering. it's possible me see problem through teamviewer session. 

additionally, when runs wpf application display monitor turned off, layout hangs white screen (the application process keeps working)

have create simple wpf application (with 1 button) , happens same problem.

computer have intel hd integrated graphics.

general problem current build of windows 10? there solution issue or should wait windows update?
in advance.

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community

Windows error No Certificate Available - Microsoft Community
