How do I turn off the password reset feature - Microsoft Community

i have set user accounts kids have parental controls attached them , log them in when allowed on pc can monitor time spend on it. youngest has discovered if hit return no password in field gives option reset password types in feels , hey presto gains access account. first question why bother having password if can change without knowing set password , second question can turned off?

do understand correctly:

1. you have set passwords on children's accounts
2. they not know password
3. you log them in when required
4. they can click reset password on login screen, enter password choose , gain access
