Is Sequential Consulting, LLC a legitimate microsoft partner? - Microsoft Community


friend's mother got message on computer had trojan virus. called microsoft support, got sequential consulting, llc. gave technician id number , name, charged $499.99 fix problem, seems did, , had put cookies on pc giving them remote access. has lifetime 24/7 technical support, i'm skeptical , want sure it's not scammer.

if called number listed in message scam.

tell when gets message address of sender.  it  shows not microsoft.  may out of country.

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community

Windows error No Certificate Available - Microsoft Community
