Laptop shuts down or goes to sleep while in use - Microsoft Community

this has happened , temperamental. it's still on going issue.

my power setting set never shuts down when want it. whatever reason, computer sleeps randomly or shuts down whether i'm using or not. won't turn on until several attempts have been tried. please help.

to address issue better, kindly answer following questions:

• did make recent changes computer prior issue?
• have tried checking faulty drivers device manager?

if haven't, may check steps below:

1. press windows icon + x keys on keyboards , select device manager options.
2. expand driver options , check driver showing yellow exclamation icon beneath driver.
3. right-click on faulty driver (driver yellow exclamation), select update , check if makes changes.
