New Surface Pro Random Sleep - Microsoft Community


i bought new surface pro , have encountered annoying bug inhibits productivity. when watching movie or browsing internet, there times when computer screen goes black , session halted. assume windows randomly sleeping. have press power button , wait few seconds login screen appear. while wait looking @ windows logo. when logged in, session continues left off, , continues on normally.  

is common , know if windows feature going haywire or system hardware issue? thank in advance.

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community
