bought lapto/tablet  with windows 10 on not configured. no instruction book.  i can turn manually gives me pretty picture

we want learn more concern. verify following:

  • what want do?
  • what mean when said it's not configured?

if want know more how use device, it's best contact manufacturer , request user manual. may refer article for guidance on how use windows 10.

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community
