can't use pin sign in on computer anymore...

hi terry,

are getting error message whenever sign in computer? if yes, what's error message you're getting? also, when last time you're able sign in computer? there changes on computer prior issue? additional information helpful.

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community

Windows error No Certificate Available - Microsoft Community
