Strange error evey time I shut down - Microsoft Community


i have strange error every time shut down.  memory reference error, stays short time me to  all.  says the" instruction @ xxxxxxx referenced memory @ 00000000030; memory not written".  running latest build of windows 10 , error has been occurring month or so.  i've run sfc no errors reported , run virus checks , malware checks, nothing found.  i've disabled fast start , enabled it, same results either way.  there else can do.  i've run memory checks on system. uninstalled app installed , error continued occur.  error doesn't seem effect anything, annoying.  should ignore or there way fix it?

ended doing refresh of win10 (keeping data) , reinstalling apps.  nothing did eliminated error, after uninstalling recent apps, , because of setup, found trying reestablish new account , transferring files more work doing refresh.  far, i've had shutdown problem once , didn't happen again after reboot.

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community
