Strange windows 10 shutdown/restart problem - Microsoft Community

have strange win 10 problem.

if restart or shutdown windows,upon restart following prompt:

service started after system crash.default configuration set you.select yes or no.

system loads default settings.i can use computer normal.

the system have stated has not crashed...it has been shutdown or rstarted clicking power options , selecting restart or shut down in list,from start menu.

i have not installed software or hardware upgrades.

i have done virus scan ,no virus found.

this has happened in past 24 hrs.

any ideas why windows viewing restarts , shutdowns crashes ?

the fault has ,or appears resolved.

seems amd radeon device software blame.

after clean boot ,booted each start item enabled , amd software proved culprit.

had uninstal , re-install.

thanks again.
