Win 10 Boot failure after deinstalling GData - Microsoft Community


hi, after uninstalling gdata (everything went fine until hit restart button) got following bluescreen messages:

 error code 0xc000000e  and 0xc000007f  windows/system32/drivers/gdelam.sys missing

i tried repairing windows dvd without succes.

the mentioned file appiers gdata driver windows should not try load since gdata uninstalled (successfully according de unistall dialoge)

how can prevent windows trying load said file or repair installation?

  • aside uninstalling gdata, there changes made prior issue?
  • aside repairing windows, troubleshooting steps have done?
  • can provide screenshot of activity?
