Windows 10 Blue screen caused by ntoskrnl.exe Randomly - Microsoft Community
so i'm trying figure out why pc keeps on crashing. pc wont crash 4 days. , other times crashes 2 times day. started happening after using new ram , videocard. first few weeks went fine started crashing. tested videocard , did memtest , fine.
so if see problem is. great , know i'm looking for.

dump files found @ c:\windows\minidump. may need change settings in windows able see files. show hidden files select keyboard shortcut win+s, type file explorer options in search box , click folder options in drop down menu. select view, advanced settings , verify box before "show hidden files , folders" checked , "hide protected operating system files" unchecked. may need scroll down see second item. should make box before "hide extensions known file types" not checked.
what computer make , model? if not branded computer motherboard make , model?
please download , run driver view , upload copy of report produces onedrive. report on drivers select edit, select followed file, save selected items. text file format please, html files less easy work with.

please provide copy of system information file. access system information file select keyboard shortcut win+r, type msinfo32 , press enter key. select file, export , give file name noting located. files in txt file format preferred. do not place cursor within body of report before exporting file. system creates new system information file each time system information accessed. need allow minute or 2 file populated before exporting copy. please upload file onedrive, share , post link here.
