Windows 10 dual error messages - Microsoft Community

shortly after boot up, cursor turns familiar hourglass symbol. after few more seconds, screen overlayed translucent white colour , and error message pops in top left corner reads: 'the application not responding. program may respond again if wait. want end process?' after box pops up, things can click on 'end process', 'cancel', , top right cross. of these lead box disappearing, , selecting them keyboard , pressing enter. keyboard shortcuts (ctrl alt del, alt f4, sticky keys, calculator etc...) nothing. 1 exception, usable keys esc, enter, , arrow keys. onto exception. clicking taskbar, or pressing windows key result in indentical error message display in bottom left of screen, same effect other. way switch off computer kill power or press , hold power switch. may important note after delaying updates few weeks, gave in , updated computer few days ago , after restarted left few days did not need use it. upon return computer, typed in password normal, , thereafter greeted typical 'all files in same place' , such default after every update. if feels quicker response posting in updates , recovery section opposed performance , system failures, please tell me, love see resolved asap.
