we know more concern. please answer following:

  • aside update, changes took place in computer before issue occurred?
  • what last activity when issue happened?

meanwhile, perform clean boot. start windows using minimal set of drivers , start programs. helps eliminate software conflicts occur when install program, or update, or when run program in windows.

let know if step work.

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community
