Bitlocker - Microsoft Community

my boy got laptop 4 xmas , i've broke today says i've changed secure boot , it's come bitlocker thing asking key i've phoned lenovo , said it's microsoft should give key , microsoft said lenovo should give key phoned them 3 times , keep saying it's other ones fault there can me plz son upset me plz plz plz help

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community

Windows error No Certificate Available - Microsoft Community
