Credentials Manager Problem - Microsoft Community


credential manger in windows 10 prompts me put in microsoft password when click "show"  see password. when nothing. if deliberately put in bad password still nothing (not saying incorrect password).  thing can out click cancel throws me desktop.  took problem geek squad , did complete refresh of operating system. credential manager worked  off , on in store, never works.  thought might have conflict facial recognition have turned off.

  • are there error codes/messages preventing performing action?
  • have tried resetting password of account or sign in account.live.com?

a screenshot of issue determine cause of issue.

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community

Windows error No Certificate Available - Microsoft Community
