I can't change my language on my computer (windows 10) - Microsoft Community


hello

i have windows 10 pc , want change language english, reason can't, when press 'add language' , add english, doesn't anything, doesn't give me option download anything, says 'english (united states)'

but when go os original language says 'windows display language'

please because realy need change pc english

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community

Windows error No Certificate Available - Microsoft Community
