No Admin User - Microsoft Community


my admin user converted guest user - , user have, have looked online , see common issue (although others have deleted user mistake somehow converted).

anyway guides on restoring/converting users or activiating hidden users bump against issue without admin user cannot - can help?

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community

Windows error No Certificate Available - Microsoft Community
