START BUTTON ON windows 10 firefox - Microsoft Community


my start button (bottom left hand corner) looks 4 boxes doesn't respond when click on it.

***post moved moderator appropriate forum category.***

if pc running public release of windows 10 may have log windows insider program mistake. should change "categories" left tab on forum page to"windows" not windows insider program (then choose windows version-windows 10)

i can offer 1 piece of advice. 

type"command prompt" in search 

then right click command prompt & choose run administrator

when command prompt admin

type "sfc /scannow  & enter

(this process may take 10 min finish)

you'll message when done, restart pc 

then try click on windows icon

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community

Windows error No Certificate Available - Microsoft Community
