Task-bar Issue(s) - Microsoft Community

issue(s):
various issues occurring task bar:

1) windows icon not respond left click

2) windows keyboard key not respond
3) task bar icons invisible. meaning can't viewed, if hover mouse on them, exist, , open respective program when clicked (i.e. pinned programs).
4) cortana search bar can'not clicked

5) clicking time + date not bring calendar
6) task-bar not auto-hide while using programs (full screen games exception) 
7) "show hidden icons" > button respond when clicked, showing active programs, there approximately 9, of utility programs run in background.

time: above issues started occurring sunday february 19, 2017 around 4:00 pm

prepared follow guidance on various task-bar issues found on web already, obtain re-assurance expert on here lead me in right direction or provide direct solution if possible.

background:
have owned computer few years, purchased windows 8 brand new, upgraded windows 10. no significant issues noted.

have run virus scan windows defender.

did right click on blank spot , menu , click on taskbar settings?
