Unable to shutdown or restart... - Microsoft Community


laptop not shutdown or restart when clicking option. used laptop daily , has been fine. noticed windows update or install in progress let complete. when done installing update, still not let me shutdown or restart. left laptop on overnight , no change morning. hard shutdown unless there alternative re hard power down (something not do). please recommend?

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community

Windows error No Certificate Available - Microsoft Community
