What setting might prevent apps from loading? - Microsoft Community


since moving new pc win 10, find applications not load. either bomb or spinner , load not complete.

eg. can access godaddy account no problems, when attempt invoke website developer happens. happens under both ie , firefox, still loads fine on old pc win 7.

when set new pc, created 'microsoft' account under email address , regular account using name. ms account has since renamed same name. have game installed uses active x , loads ok on regular account not on ms one. i'm guessing has sharing. on first load, saw message compatibility. running under win 10 win 7 app not work.

so question whether there setting made in ms account preventing applications loading?

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community

Windows error No Certificate Available - Microsoft Community
