  windows 10 administrator password lost (hacked?), stuck in safe mode, boots ok normal user can't because wants admin password.

   sorry delay. i'm disabled , have memory issues. changed microsoft account password last week , forgot write down. on top of forgetting administrator password had put aside , away awhile. reset ms account , ready start in on admin. account password again. last week point of resetting windows 10 day 1. have files wanted off of shame loose thee settings after work , time spent getting set way liked. anyway, time spent , spend.

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community
