Windows 10 Issues - Battery Plugged in, Not Charging - Microsoft Community


i have "battery plugged in, not charging" issue in laptop weeks ago. @ first thought maybe battery dead (2 years old) but dead (my previous laptop lasted 4 years). i've checked couple of videos on youtube on how fix this problem nothing worked far.

it happened brother-in-law's laptop. both of our laptops showed same problem "literally" @ the same time. coincidence? don't think so. please honest and tell me that software issue , team working on it. thank you.

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community

Windows error No Certificate Available - Microsoft Community
