Windows 10 laptop keeps restarting - Microsoft Community


hi, have hp windows 10 laptop, keep getting massage saying have reset laptop or when off reset itself. second time happening software update. happened few days ago , ive lost work.

i wanted know whats been causing , how can fix it

  • which version , build of windows 10 have?
  • have done recent changes prior issue?
  • is laptop upgraded windows 10 windows 7, 8, or 8.1?

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community
