Windows 10 not logging in selected user - Microsoft Community


hi, 

i've been having issue on few windows 10 computers. of computers or on domain. 
problem if usera logs out or chooses switch account, , userb comes , tries log in clicking username in left bottom corner. computer wont accept password , if check domain controller trying log in usera not selected userb. user has go other users , put username again in , can log in.

this case rare, has happend few times on few computers.

it looks bug in windows 10. has else had issue?

i'm using windows 10 14393 , it's updated.

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community
