my pc stops respond command , show message pc ran problem , need restart

stop code critical process died

then system check runs , restarts

what reason happen this? can me overcome issue please.

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community

Windows error No Certificate Available - Microsoft Community
