Windows 10 wont boot - Microsoft Community


my pc has had windows while now, , ever since built it, no new components have been put in. recently, computer stopped booting, shows blue windows symbol spinning white dots below. after ten seconds or goes grey screen , doesnt anything. when go boot menu, says theres problem windows tried reseting computer every time. when in middle of resetting, ends saying, "there problem , nothing changed" or that.

to resolve issue, suggest start pc in safe mode boot options menu. follow steps below:

  1. restart computer until reach boot options menu.
  2. select troubleshoot. there, can use safe mode. select advanced options > startup settings > restart.
  3. after pc restarts, select 5 or f5 restart pc in safe mode networking.

if unable start in safe mode boot options menu, can start pc in safe mode using installation disc or usb. refer following link: troubleshoot black screen problems.

for steps on how start pc in safe mode using installation media, select no, i'm not signed in > no, don't have recovery drive in troubleshooting walkthrough.

once in safe mode, kindly use system file checker tool repair missing or corrupted system files. steps on how run system file checker tool, check following link: use system file checker tool.

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community

Windows error No Certificate Available - Microsoft Community
