windows user authentication verification - Microsoft Community


have windows 10 in pc. changed windows administrator , user few weeks ago old administrator authentication verification pops on window frequently. how can solve it?

1. of writing, able log-in windows?
2. have there been changes computer or have installed updates recently?

need know may have caused , prevent ever happening again in future.

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community

Windows error No Certificate Available - Microsoft Community
