i need delete mcaffee in order upgrade windows 10, don't have authority??

the challenge experiencing uninstalling said program can occur due several reasons, such as, type of account using. better assist concern, kindly answer following questions:

  • are using administrator account?
  • what did mean when said can't delete it? trying uninstall program? steps you've taken?
  • are getting error messages?
  • just clarity, trying update computer or trying upgrade windows 10?

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community

Windows error No Certificate Available - Microsoft Community
