Password Problem on Startup Repair - Microsoft Community


i having problem windows 10 welcome screen locks after waking sleep mode (separate issue).  to fix trying use startup repair, every time try initiate process, password fails.  i sure have updated through windows website , on computer, still keep getting same password error.  i know it's not keyboard layout since hitting temporary visibility on password box shows correct password.  has else dealt issue?

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community

Windows error No Certificate Available - Microsoft Community
