Something changed after diagnostics run, please help - Microsoft Community


used have question when turned on computer. "like see?" "give feedback"....i'dsee picture changed on pretty regular basis question, disappeared when made changes computer, di managed figure how, , turned windows spotlight again, the question doesn't show anymore, , picture doesn't change often. wish fix way was. and, used when opened chrome on internet had windows floating menu had same kind of pictures of birds, or nature, , used services @ bottom in circles...like yahoo, or amazon...and @ top have search box. tried changing browsers , didn't work. happened after checked out, , updated security on computer, changed things around. and, don't have menu pops when open chrome, it's generic google search box used internet place tiles underneath. have tried back. cannot figure out. please help....thank you!

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community

Windows error No Certificate Available - Microsoft Community
