Windows 10 login password - Microsoft Community

i using windows 10 64x last 2 months. recently, prompting me change login password. personal computer wit 1 account works on administrator setting. new feature windows 10, need keep changing password every 2 3 months? 

has faced issue before. there way stop windows asking me change login password?

are logging in locally or microsoft account? have windows 10 home or pro.

the tool manages password policies locally secpol.msc available pro users.

if using microsoft account log live id , select change password. in page should tick box enforce password change after 72 days.
