Windows 10 Shell/Login fails - Microsoft Community


upgraded windows 10 on media creation tool microsoft. after upgrade tried log me in short black screen , login screen. replaced maintenance utilman.exe (the accessibility dialog) cmd.exe command prompt administrator-rights. can start shell/explorer in login screen limited features (no startmenu & notification center). in administrator account explorer fails start shell , task-manager fails start programs on menu. (bypassed clicking on "open filepath"). windows 10 somehow not usable...

to resolve issue, suggest it's best perform repair install using media creation tool. performing repair install fix broken windows components on pc.

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community

Windows error No Certificate Available - Microsoft Community
