Windows 10 start problems. - Microsoft Community


1. takes several attempts start @ all.

2. not allow internet connection despite detecting network connection. restart makes connection drops after short period of time.

3. not allow programmes start unless pc restarted.

this comparatively new clean install of windows 10 functioned ok @ first

we know more information issue. kindly provide following details can investigate concern:

• changes made on device prior the/this issue?

• can provide make , model of computer?

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community

Windows error No Certificate Available - Microsoft Community
