very often, confronting error" "we can't sign account" on windows 10 system? want permanent solution recurring problem. system is windows 7 desktop auto-upgraded windows 10 - has bearing problem being faced?

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community

Windows error No Certificate Available - Microsoft Community
