I can't open my laptop - Microsoft Community


i freakin out because can't open laptop , cant remove battery. should open, close ,open and........ need pls

we know more issue experiencing. happens when trying turn on? getting colored display or error messages? if so, please send screenshot. also, did make significant changes on laptop prior issue?

we hope hear soon.

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community

Windows error No Certificate Available - Microsoft Community
