Issues With my Asus Laptop - Microsoft Community
hello ,
i bought brand new asus k556ur.
- coming windows 10 version home single language
- intel core i5-6200 -64bit - 2.30 - 2.40 ghz
the issue started first thing happened file explorer not responding when want open pc says computing items !
i disabled windows search went right , started issue the dvd drive start behaving there cd inside not . when click windows player cd icon appears , spanning sound small scratching sound inside not time >
now , whenever click photo right click make system disappear , restart second disappear , reappear again lag . , small box @ top left says : microsoft windows not responding......etc
*** cd icon appearing form the from beginning in different event there no cd inside
the action taken solve problems ;

still the problems mentioned above appear !
is because of laptop hardware or the windows software ?
what should ?

please provide more information cause of problem may diagnosed.
please restart computer , allow 20 minutes system run before uploading information required me investigate problem. when examining event viewer log files many, not all, problems show in period after computer has been booted.
please provide copy of system information file. access system information file select keyboard shortcut win+r, type msinfo32 and click ok . place cursor on system summary. select file, export , give file name noting located. click save. files in txt file format preferred.do not place cursor within body of report before exporting file.the system creates new system information file each time system information accessed. need allow minute or 2 file populated before exporting copy. please upload file onedrive, share , post link here. if report in language other english, please state language.
please upload onedrive , share copy of system log file from event viewer , post link here. please remove earlier copies of logs onedrive.
to access system log select keyboard shortcut win+r, type eventvwr.msc , press the enter key. list in left side of window select windows logs , system. place cursor on system, select action menu , save events as (the default evtx file type) , give file name. not provide filtered files. do not place cursor in list of reports before selecting action menu. not clear logs whilst have continuing problem.
