i trying insight windows icons appear on desktop.

i trying information file structure of large icons can when change desktop icon setting large, rather small or medium.

i not looking online file converters or downloads , offers of such ignored.

does have information file structure?

i can create small , medium icons large ones shrouded in mystery.

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community
