Microsoft Solitaire Tri Peaks - Microsoft Community

when sign microsoft account , play solitaire tri peaks not load, circles saying loading. however, when use account(my wife's) or guest programs work fine. makes me think there wrong cloud account data. have reset , reinstalled app. there solution this?

is occur if install app device , try logging in using account? wife's account microsoft account, or email provider?
