My laptops settings screen is white on black. How do I change it to - Microsoft Community


have tried various settings in personalization no luck.

  • did have preferred settings color before , changed white on black of sudden? 

  • can send screenshot of computer's settings window?

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community

Windows error No Certificate Available - Microsoft Community
