Removing Files - Microsoft Community


i cannot delete of files pc. when tried open pop-up windows showing files being opened , cant deleted close application , try again literally there no applications or folders open @ time , files kitty.dll, snare.exe

i request figure out

  • what last activity did computer prior issue?
  • did downloaded file?
  • have done troubleshooting steps in attempt resolve issue?
  • kindly attach screen shot of error message response promptly isolate issue.

we suggest running microsoft safety scanner scan computer virus.

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community

Windows error No Certificate Available - Microsoft Community
