Setting app crashing - Microsoft Community


have encountered problem on laptop, settings app not open .it has started last week did not open ever since. on making new user account did work there way correct problem in main user account.

this interesting. can tell changes system before issue started? can verify if running latest software version windows 10? press windows key + s and type winver. if have windows 10 anniversary update installed, latest os build is (os build 14393.729). otherwise, if running windows 10 version 1511, should see (os build 10586.753).

in meantime, let's perform full scan using windows defender or antivirus software.

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community

Windows error No Certificate Available - Microsoft Community
