after  last upgrade, not able signin using pin . password security working. wat now

glad password there up. 

what works here go account settings remove pin, restart pc, create pin again, restart pc again.

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community

Windows error No Certificate Available - Microsoft Community
