Windows 10 not responding for over half an hour - Microsoft Community


just started laptop (lenovo) go onto internet. screen showed "not responding", knowing has happened before, waited thinking couple of minutes before works again. 

i have been waiting on half hour , hasn't changed screen has been on since time. in addition, unable click anywhere or use ctrl + alt + del (for example) not respond.

i have tried can possibly think of , still not responding

to better understand concern, may know if you've done changes prior issue? also, receiving error messages or blank screen?

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community

Windows error No Certificate Available - Microsoft Community
