Windows 10 sleeps too early - Microsoft Community


hi all. 

i have had irritating issue windows 10 since it's got launched. here story:

last year gladly upgraded windows 8.1 windows 10 other happy people, after while figured out windows did not follow "power option" settings regarding sleep , hibernate time. no matter chose 30 minutes or 2 hours sleep mode, windows went sleep mode either after 1 minute, or never ! honest followed time dog, sometimes!

i tried contact microsoft support team, , did thorough, mean through troubleshooting, reinstalling windows more 10 times plus running different software had figure out heck problem was, did not @ all. reinstalled windows 8.1 , problem vanished. fine till tried reinstall windows 10 again yesterdag after on 7 months. thought problem should have god solved far, few minutes ago, left laptop few minytes drink something, , right after came back, saw laptop went sleep mode, , know what, settings on power option on "never", means windows , laptop should not have gone sleep mode @ !!. mean not give meaning, idea?

should roll again windows 8?

in power options top right advanced power settings goes control panel there in upper right choose power buttons do.

when choose can choose change setting not available.

this gives access things below.  can uncheck these items.

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community

Windows error No Certificate Available - Microsoft Community
