Windows 10 System folder corrupted - Microsoft Community


hello

i have issue 1 of system folders corrupted due hdd failure (getting new 1 in few days). 'syswow64' folder corrupted , unable access it, tried chkdsk, sfc , dism none of them fix it. chkdsk hangs @ 11% 20+ hours, sfc found corrupt files couldn't fix it, dism (.../restorehealth) unable find source (also tried with windows 10 bootable usb media as source). tried clean install windows 10 bootable usb provided by microsoft it gets stuck in end (hangs on 'restarting in few moments' 10+ hours). 

is there way to fix/replace the corrupted folder without deleting every program , reinstalling windows 10? 

because of unable open programs/apps, 64-bit programs work.

file corruption happens when there's hardware issue or bad sector on hard drive. since have tried troubleshooting steps, suggest contact hard drive manufacturer in order recover data.

once new hdd , perform clean install, advise download media creation tool of windows 10 using link.

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community

Windows error No Certificate Available - Microsoft Community
