Windows 10 wants to format my iPod - Microsoft Community


every since last update ipod has not been syncing correctly , needed restore it.  when plug ipod in windows 10 computer windows wants format it.  checked apple community , consensus latest update of windows had caused generate drive corruption error , format drive error ipod.  windows 10 not let me restore ipod.  have tried other usb drives , apple suggesting find windows 7 computer allow restore run successfully.

i have support call tomorrow apple believe there must resolution on microsoft side well.  has else had issue , found fix.

apple itunes software installed? because, if itunes installed library of audio, pictures, videos, etc; formatting ipod should negligible since stored on ipod in itunes.

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community

Windows error No Certificate Available - Microsoft Community
