Windows help needed - Microsoft Community


i bought lenovo computer when asked download windows update result 90% download black screen cursor active.  i let battery run out , when able start computer gave message scanning , repairing 1 of drives.  after complete able online noticed speaker icon had red x on it.  when clicked on computer had green bar ran across indicating working on issue, box appeared said not fix problem.  i not know , not understand why having these problems brand new computer.  please advise, if can.

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community

Windows error No Certificate Available - Microsoft Community
