Error code 0xc0000211 - Microsoft Community


yesterday night pc running slow decided best factory reset before went bed. next morning i woke realizing computer off. mother turned off :/. when turned off greeted  the error code 0xc0000211. plugged in usb storage device windows 10 iso , have had no luck. please help

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community

Windows error No Certificate Available - Microsoft Community
