has anyone experienced their HP PC booting up while they were away - Microsoft Community


i using win 10. have been since came out. shut down hp pc before leaving house.  when returned, pc had powered up, not running.  hd light flickering there nothing on screen.

i had pull plug shut down. when used power button, started again, never booted up.

when restarted pc, unable log in. message "user name or password incorrect"  

i have tried resetting password several times no luck.

i logged on under "user" name try , find kind of fix.

my pc user name might not 1 trying change password on live.reset.

i downloaded live id software, cannot install without administrator password.

please out there ideas or tips on how fix this?

any appreciated, thank in advance. don't want clean drive , start al on again. ;(

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community
